Mr G. was born in Anzali, Iran in 1953. He attended Alborz High School, which he graduated from in 1971. He continued his education at Ariamehr University, also known as Sharif University. Here he graduated with a degree in Metallurgical Engineering. Still in Tehran, he taught film at the University of Tehran for 6 years. While in Iran, he married his wife Golpar, and had his daughter Negin. In 1995, he, along with his family, immigrated to the US. While running a successful business from his home, he acquired a Masters degree in Math Education from Kennesaw State University. He has a hobby of translating books from English into Farsi, and to date he has translated over 40 books, ranging over a myriad of topics. He has taught at North Springs since 2008. His daughter graduated Emory and is now vice president at Revo Squared. His wife now works at Emory, where she is an ICU Nurse Practitioner. He is a passionate teacher who will go to great lengths to ensure the success of this students
